New Delhi. A revelation has been made regarding the Prasadam Laddus available in Tirupati Tirumala temple of Andhra Pradesh which will hurt the sentiments of crores of Hindus. It has been confirmed that cow fat and fish oil are mixed in this Laddus made for Prasad. This shocking fact has come to light in the investigation report of the National Dairy Development Board. Today, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had alleged that during the tenure of former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, animal fat was being used instead of desi ghee in the Prasadam i.e. Laddus available in Tirupati temple.

Let us tell you that the Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple situated on the hills of Tirumala in Tirupati city of Andhra Pradesh is famous not only in India but all over the world. Thousands of devotees from all over the world come here every day to have darshan. In such a situation, everyone is shocked to hear about cow fat and fish oil in the laddus given as prasad to the Lord.

Earlier, Karnataka Milk Federation also issued a statement in this matter. It said that Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Board has not bought ghee from them in the last four years. This was the time when Jagan Mohan Reddy's government was in power in Andhra Pradesh. Whereas the board has clarified that ever since Chandrababu Naidu became the CM of the state, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) government led by him has started supplying Nandini ghee.

On the other hand, the allegations of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu were denied by the YSR Congress led by former CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. Senior party leader and former Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) chairman YV Subba Reddy called Naidu's statements 'malicious' and accused him of stooping to any level for political gain.
