  • This gives relief from heaviness in the chest and helps in removing phlegm from the chest.
  • Jaggery is rich in anti-bacterial properties. Its nature is hot.
  • Taking it with dry ginger powder provides relief from sore throat.

Material

  • Water – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 1 tablespoon
  • Green cardamom – half a teaspoon
  • Try - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper – half a teaspoon
  • Dry ginger - half a teaspoon
  • Basil seeds - 4-5
  • Cloves – 2

How to make a decoction

  • Let the water boil.
  • – Now add jaggery in it and let it melt.
  • – Now mix all the remaining ingredients in it.
  • Cook it on low flame.
  • When it cools down, store it in a glass container.
  • Take half a teaspoon every morning and evening with honey or warm water.
