Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, a prominent music mogul and entrepreneur, has recently found himself embroiled in serious legal troubles, facing charges of racketeering and sex trafficking . His high-profile case has drawn significant attention from people around the world.

Combs, who was taken into custody earlier this week, appeared in court for his second bail application on Wednesday. His lawyers requested a $50 million bond, but it was denied, with the prosecution citing him as a flight risk.

The rapper is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center ( MDC ) in Brooklyn, the same facility that once housed fellow disgraced rappers R. Kelly and Ghislaine Maxwell . According to The New York Post , Combs' first meal in the jail was Swedish meatballs. He was given the choice of a black bean burger as well, but he opted for the meatballs. His sides included green beans, egg noodles, a garden salad, and a 16-ounce drink.

In a bail plea, Combs' lawyers argued that "Several courts in this District have recognized that the conditions at Metropolitan Detention Center are not fit for pre-trial detention." The MDC has been described as "rat-infested," plagued by overflowing toilets and freezing temperatures due to heating issues following a fire.

Former warden Cameron Lindsay, revealed to TMZ, that Combs will be required to make his own bed and clean the floor of his cell. He will be allowed three showers a week and receive an hour of free time each day. While Combs' lawyers will visit more frequently as they work on his case, friends and relatives are allowed to meet him periodically.

Combs is currently being held separately from the general population at the jail's Special Housing Unit, likely for security reasons. According to Lindsay, some prisoners might consider killing a well-known inmate like Combs as "a badge of honor."

Combs was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution following his arrest in New York on Monday. He entered a not guilty plea to the allegations.
