There have previously been instances of wild animals showing up in Noida’s urban zones. A python was recently seen squeezing a nilgai in a neighboring Greater Noida hamlet.

The python was successfully saved and returned to the jungle by the forest department.

Following an incident at a hospital in Sector 126, two males were taken into custody by Noida police for attacking a security officer and shoving a female guard. The males attempted to see a patient without a hospital card while they were on the elevator, which is when the event occurred.

The security officer can be seen on CCTV preventing the guys from going upstairs since they were without their necessary card. They stormed out of the elevator and began thrashing the guard. They shoved a female guard to the ground as she attempted to step in. A few of others intervened to break up the brawl.

After the event, the defendants, Vaibhav Sehgal and Akshay Sehgal, were taken into custody.
