Sanju Samson hammered a remarkable hundred for India D in the ongoing 2024 Duleep Trophy third-round match against India B in Anantapur.

Batting at number six, the wicketkeeper-batter showcased remarkable intent as the opposition bowlers struggled to contain him.

His brilliance meant India D went past 300 on the opening day.

Meanwhile, this was his 11th century in First-Class cricket.

Samson arrived with the scorecard reading 175/4. The platform was set thanks to fifties from top-order batters Devdutt Padikkal, Srikar Bharat, and Ricky Bhui.

The keeper-batter then added to India A's woes with a breathtaking knock.

He returned unbeaten on 89 on Day 1 before touching the three-figure mark on Day 2 morning.

Notably, Samson dominated a century stand with Saransh Jain.
