Team India's star batsman Suryakumar Yadav is making a comeback to the field. He is currently playing in the Duleep Trophy 2024. In the last round of the Duleep Trophy, India D and India B teams are facing each other. This match is being played in Anantapur. But the comeback has not been special for Suryakumar Yadav. He could stay at the crease for a short while in the first innings and returned to the pavilion after losing his wicket.

But he was caught out on a brilliant ball from Arshdeep.

Suryakumar suffered a hand injury while fielding during a match played between Mumbai and TNCA XI teams in the Buchi Babu tournament. He complained of some discomfort in holding the bat, after which he was dropped from the team before the first round of the Duleep Trophy as a precaution. After which he was working on his injury at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). Now he has returned in the last round match, but he could not show the magic he wanted with the bat.

Talking about the match being played between India D and India B, India D batted first and scored 349 runs. During this, a brilliant century was seen from the bat of Sanju Samson. He scored 106 runs in 101 balls, which included 12 fours and 3 sixes. In the second innings, India B lost 5 wickets for just 100 runs in their first innings.
