Most of the accidents in the country happen due to human error. In which most of the times drivers repeat the same mistake again and again. Due to which there is loss of both life and property during road accidents.
Here we are telling about this mistake that happens during driving, and also about those small mistakes due to which a small mistake can cause a big loss.
Wrong use of clutch, brake and accelerator
It has been observed in both manual and automatic cars that drivers often press the accelerator in a hurry to press the brake. The biggest reason for this is that in both automatic and manual cars, the brake and accelerator are next to each other.
When drivers drive rough and suddenly a vehicle or an obstacle comes in front of them, they mistakenly press the accelerator while trying to press the brake and the speed of the vehicle increases instead of decreasing. Due to which this small mistake becomes the cause of a big accident.
Drivers make this common mistake
Over Speeding: Overspeeding is a major cause of accidents. Not following the speed limit or not reducing the speed according to the road conditions can prove dangerous.
Not keeping distance: Not maintaining sufficient distance from the vehicle ahead is a common mistake. Applying sudden brakes increases the risk of colliding with the vehicle behind.
Ignoring blind spots: It is very important to check mirrors and pay attention to blind spots while driving. Ignoring this can lead to collision with nearby vehicles.
Non-compliance with traffic rules: Ignoring traffic lights, stop signs and other signals is a big mistake. It often causes major accidents.
Using the phone: Using phone while driving distracts attention and causes accidents.
Driving in the wrong lane: Driving in the wrong lane or suddenly changing lanes causes accidents.
Driving while tired: Driving in a tired state is also a big mistake. This reduces the ability to react.
Not using turning signals: Not signaling while taking a turn can pose a danger to other drivers and pedestrians.
