4 years ago, Sana Khan married Maulana Mufti Anas Syed in Surat, Gujarat on 21 November 2020. Even before marriage, Sana had said goodbye to the world of acting. She had deleted all her glamorous photos from her social media account. Sana, who now teaches religion to her followers, does not talk much about her personal life. But recently, in the podcast of her special friend Rubina Dilaik, Sana has made many revelations about her personal life. In this podcast, she has also revealed that her husband Anas is 7 years younger than her.

In this Rubina podcast, Sana has talked for the first time about the seven-year age difference between her and her husband. Along with this, she has also told interesting things about her unique love story with Anas, the relationship between the two and the depth of this relationship.

Talking about her marriage proposal, Sana said, “A Maulana ji had sent me Anas's proposal, I was wondering how this was possible, because my future husband is about 7 years younger than me. I also told Anas that you are younger than me and I am 7 years older than you. But he explained to me very lovingly why we should get married. Before meeting Anas, I used to think that Maulanas are very boring because at that time I was living a lavish lifestyle. But when I saw Anas talking very emotionally about one of his deceased friends and praying for the peace of his soul, then my thinking completely changed. I asked myself if I have any such friend in this industry who will say such good things about me or pray for me even after my death. Then I realized that I have no one here. It was because of this humanity of Anas that I was attracted to him.”

Sana Khan used to cry because of trolling

Even after marriage with Anas Sana was trolled a lot. Sana has also spoken openly about the harsh comments and trolling made on her marriage and husband in Rubina's podcast. She told how people were betting that their relationship would not last long. Not only this, some people had also predicted that their marriage would end in three months or they would get divorced after six months of marriage. According to Sana, some people were also claiming that they would never have children. Talking about this, Sana said, just think how people can say such things about someone's relationship, how they can make such vulgar videos, especially when we have just got married.

Husband used to encourage

Sana said that I myself am very emotional. So it was not easy for me to face this kind of trolling. I had to struggle a lot to control myself, for the first six months of marriage, I used to cry often due to this negativity. But Anas used to encourage me and say that let people say whatever they want, it should not affect us.
