Many people do not understand the difference between cuturing and highlighting, but contouring is exactly the opposite of highlighting. For a great base, blend your foundation well with the help of a foundation brush or beauty blender and if you are using a powder foundation, then you can also apply setting powder or finishing powder for it.
Contouring should be started from the forehead first, for which using a cream contour is the best and easiest. It can be blended easily and there is very little scope for error. Keep in mind that it is always better to use less product. So start with a small amount.
For proper contouring, good blending is very important. For this, large angled and small angled brushes are considered the best. Small angled brushes are used to blend the nose and under the eyebrows, while large angled brushes are used to blend the main parts of the face such as temples, forehead, jawline and cheekbones.
Contouring makeup technique makes the face look defined and slim, which can enhance the beauty of your face. So after outlining the hairline, it is necessary to focus on the jawline. For this, pull the bones of your cheeks inwards and apply the pro level trick i.e. control stick on the ear and line it downwards till the indication is formed. To highlight some parts of the face, contouring after applying highlighter is very important. Keep in mind to highlight only those areas where sunlight falls naturally. To set the contouring, take a translucent powder and apply the powder on your brush and press it gently on your face with light hands. By doing this, the product will stay on the face for a long time and to give a natural and warm look, complete your makeup by giving a light application of bronzer and blush.
