Deepika Padukone Buys New House Amid Baby Girl's Birth
The Kalki actress Deepika Padukone has purchased a lavish house worth Rs. 17.8 Crores. According to the reports, Deepika has bought the house under the name of the company that is also co-owned by her father Prakash Padukone, KA Enterprises. The new house is next door to Ranveer's mother Anju Bhavnani's house that she has leased out to her daughter Ritika and son-in-law Jugjeet. The house is reportedly situated at 15th floor of Sagar Resham co-operative housing society in Bandra, Mumbai and is spread in 1845 square foot apartment. The transaction while buying the house includes Rs. 1.07 Crore of stamp duty and nominal registration fees.Deepika and Ranveer also owns a sea-facing quadraplex located close to Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat. Deepika's house is spread in 11,266 interior space with 1,300 square feet terrace area. The house is reportedly worth Rs. 119 Crore.
The couple owns another 4 bhk apartment that is on 26th floor of BeauMonde Towers in Prabhadevi. The luxury apartment was worth Rs. 16 Crore in 2010 and currently must be valuing around 42 Crore. Deepika and Ranveer also owns 22 Crore worth lavish bungalow in Alibaug. The house is 5 bhk and is spread in 18,000 square feet.
