The seat sharing formula in the Mahavikas Aghadi has almost been finalised. According to sources, out of 288 seats, Thackeray will get 100 seats, Congress will get 100 seats, Pawar's NCP will get 84 seats and 4 seats will be allotted to allies. It is believed that the three parties have reached a consensus on 60 per cent seats.

There are disagreements about seat exchange in some places, but leaders say that it will be resolved soon by taking local leaders into confidence. MVA is keeping an eye on rebel leaders who can spoil the game. That is why they are talking about taking local leaders into confidence.

Maharashtra politics was also discussed in the meeting

After the MVA meeting, NCP Sharad Pawar faction leader Jitendra Awhad said that first the discussion was on Maharashtra's politics, the efforts being made to spoil the atmosphere, the attempts being made to incite riots were discussed. The changing politics of the country was discussed and seats were also discussed. As far as seat sharing is concerned, there are 288 seats in the state, so there will be disputes, but the closeness that is being seen is something I have never seen before.

Jitendra Awhad said- there is no tussle in MVM

He said that there is no tussle, everyone is talking in a peaceful atmosphere. On the issue of seat exchange, Jitendra Awhad said that seats will have to be exchanged. Candidates will have to be exchanged. On the question of the next meeting, he said that the next meeting will be held tomorrow.

PM Modi's statement was termed as politically motivated

On PM Modi's statement about placing Ganpati's idol in a police vehicle in Karnataka, Jitendra Awhad said that he doesn't know why he gives such statements. Will we oppose Ganpati? Ganpati Bappa is being politicized only for politics. This should not happen.

Assembly elections are going to be held in Maharashtra in November. Before the elections, discussions have started between the ruling party as well as the opposition parties regarding seats. On one side in the state there is BJP-Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar's faction's NCP, while on the other side there is MVA which includes Congress, Uddhav Thackeray's faction's Shiv Sena and Sharad Pawar's faction's NCP. The political fight is mainly between these six parties.
