If you're dealing with such issues, you can follow some remedies suggested by yoga guru Baba Ramdev to achieve thick, long hair. Remedies for Long and Thick Hair:
  1. Use of Shikakai: Shikakai helps eliminate dryness, promotes healthy hair growth, and makes hair soft and shiny. Soak shikakai powder in water and apply it to your hair, washing it out after half an hour.
  2. Multani Mitti: Soak multani mitti in water overnight and apply it in the morning. This will keep your hair healthy and strong.
  3. Coconut Oil: Warm coconut oil before washing your hair and apply it. Wash your hair after an hour to strengthen the roots and promote growth.
  4. Pranayama and Asanas: Practice pranayama daily. Doing Anulom-Vilom helps keep your hair healthy. Try doing Shirshasana for 1 to 5 minutes. If you can't do Shirshasana, try Sarvangasana.
  5. Balanced Diet: Rub your nails together for 5 minutes, and consume the juice of bottle gourd and amla for better hair quality. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables for maximum nutrition and drink plenty of water.
