Warm and cozy, these apple pie baked oats provide all the flavors and textures of a traditional apple pie in a healthy, breakfast-friendly package. Made with robust rolled oats, they have a wonderful scent as they bake because they are seasoned with a mixture of cinnamon and nutmeg and sweet, soft bits of fresh apples. It’s a tasty and nourishing way to start the day!

This recipe for delicious, simple-to-make apple pie baked oats is great for a comfortable snack or brunch.

1. Components: two cups of rolled oats

One teaspoon baking powder

One teaspoon of cinnamon

1-/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

One-fourth teaspoon of salt

Two cups almond milk, or any other plant-based milk

1/4 cup (taste-test) maple syrup

One teaspoon of vanilla extract

Two medium-sized peeled and sliced apples

1/2 cup walnuts or raisins, if desired

One tablespoon of heated coconut oil or vegan butter is the topping.

One tablespoon of coconut sugar or brown sugar

One-half teaspoon of cinnamon

2. Guidelines
Step 1: Turn on the oven.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and gently oil an 8 by 8-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients: Place the rolled oats, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a big basin.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate dish, mix together the vanilla essence, maple syrup, and almond milk.

Step 4: Combine: Mix the dry ingredients well by pouring the wet components into them. Add the diced apples and, if using, the walnuts or raisins and fold gently.

Step 5: Move to the Baking Dish
Evenly distribute the ingredients after pouring it into the baking dish.
