Boondi Laddu Recipe News In Hindi: Ingredients: Gram flour-1 cup, sugar-1,1/2 cup, small cardamom-6, pistachio-1 teaspoon, melon seeds-2 teaspoon, oil to add in the gram flour batter-1 teaspoon, Desi ghee- for frying boondi

Method of making: First of all take out the wax in a big vessel. – Add some water to it and mix the wax by adding more water till the lumps disappear and now add oil to it. Fan the wax well and make a smooth solution with a spoon. – Keep the solution aside for 15 minutes.

To make syrup: Now put sugar in a vessel and add 1 cup water to it and put it on the gas. – After the sugar dissolves, let the syrup form for 3-4 minutes. Put 1-2 drops in the coulis with a spoon. If a string of syrup starts forming, then understand that the syrup is ready. Peel the cardamom and remove the seeds and finely chop the pistachios and roast the melon seeds as well.

Heat ghee in a pan. Fan the nevala well. Place a pan (perforated pan) 6 inches above the pan and pour the vesa batter with a spoon. The vesa will keep falling from its holes into the pan and form round drops. Pour as many drops as you can in the pan. When it turns golden, take it out. Apply some water on your hands and put 3 spoons of budi on your hands. Press and make round laddus. Make all the laddus in the same way. Put the remaining pistachios on the laddus and keep the laddus in open air for about 5 hours. Till they dry. Delicious laddus are ready for you to eat.
