Mathura. In Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, three people kidnapped a 13-year-old girl and gang-raped her in a moving car. The accused had given the girl intoxicating water to drink. When the girl reached semi-conscious state, the three committed a heinous crime with her. The incident happened on Thursday afternoon. The accused dropped the girl under a flyover and fled.

When the girl regained consciousness, she somehow reached her home. She informed her family about the incident. She was having severe pain in her stomach. Seeing the condition of the girl, her parents were terrified. They immediately took her to a private hospital for treatment. The doctor told that the girl had been raped. After this, the girl's father lodged a complaint with the police.

The girl had gone to the grocery store, the accused kidnapped her

In her statement, the victim said that she had gone to a grocery store. Here one of the accused gave her water to drink. According to information received from the police, after drinking water, the girl started feeling sleepy. At that time two more people came. The three forcibly dragged the girl into the car and took her to a deserted place.

SP Triguna Bisen told the media that a case has been registered against the three accused in Chhatta police station. All three are absconding at present. Two accused have been identified. Efforts are on to identify the third accused. The victim was produced before the magistrate and her statement was recorded on Saturday.

The SP said that based on the complaint of the girl's father, the police have registered a case under sections 138 (kidnapping), 376DA (gangrape of a girl under 16 years of age) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and sections of the POCSO Act. All the three accused will be arrested soon.
