After the apprenticeship, the diploma will be awarded at the expense of the company followed by employment. If the employee's son or daughter wants to pursue further studies, the company offers courses up to B.Tech and M.Tech from Arka Jain University. By imparting training to wards registered under FDA and arranging to study in Diploma, B.Tech etc., well trained manpower will be absorbed into the institute. The planning process for DMST, FDA will begin in April 2025. Under the agreement, DMST and 116 trainees who have completed full-time training will be included in the planning process along with the diploma by April 2025. project.
