Two people died a painful death in Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh. Four teenagers including two brothers went to bathe in a pond in the summer season and went into deep water. Two teenagers died by drowning in this accident. Seeing the accident, the people present there jumped into the pond and took out the four teenagers and admitted them to the community health center for treatment. After examining them, two teenagers were declared dead by the doctor, while the other two were sent home after first aid.
As soon as the information was received, SDM, CO along with local police reached the spot, met the family members of the deceased teenagers and assured them of all possible help. Also, the bodies of both the deceased teenagers were taken into custody and sent for post-mortem.
The incident took place in the cemented pond built in Mohalla Churkhi Bal of Jalaun Kotwali area. On Sunday afternoon, due to the heat, Kalam Ali alias Kallu's 10-year-old son Sohil, his elder brother 12-year-old Arif and Nazir Ali's 11-year-old son Akram and 12-year-old Aashiq from the neighbourhood went to take bath in the cemented pond built in the locality. While bathing in the pond, all of them went into deep water and started diving in the water. Seeing all these teenagers drowning, the people of the locality present at the cemented pond jumped into the pond. Along with this, everyone including two brothers drowning in the water were taken out and with the help of the people nearby, they were immediately taken to the Community Health Center for treatment.
After checking up all of them, the doctors declared Akram son of Nazir and Sohil son of Kallu dead. The doctors admitted the other two to the hospital after giving them first aid. As soon as the family members of the teenagers came to know about the accident, a crowd gathered in the hospital. Also, as soon as the information about this accident was received, Deputy District Magistrate of Jalaun Vinay Maurya, CO of Jalaun Shailendra Kumar Bajpai, Inspector of Kotwali Virendra Kumar Patel also reached the spot. After investigating the matter, they took the bodies of the two teenagers in their custody and sent them for postmortem. They started investigating this incident.
In this case, CO Shailendra Bajpai of Jalaun said that two teenagers have died in the accident. This accident happened due to drowning in the pond, the matter is being investigated. After this accident, the family members of the deceased are crying inconsolably.
