Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission 2024 Last Date: Today is the last chance to apply for admission in class 6th of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Those parents who want to get their child admitted in class 6th of JNV should fill the form in the given format. Today i.e. Monday 23 September 2024 is the last date to fill the form, after this you will not get this chance. Also know that this is the last chance to apply under the extended last date.

What was the last date earlier

Earlier the last date to apply for admission in class 6th of Navodaya Vidyalaya was 16 September, which was extended to 23 September 2024. Today is the last chance to fill the form under this last date. Admission to class 6th of JNV is done through examination and these applications are mainly for this exam.

JNVST 2025

For admission in class 6th of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, candidates will have to pass Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2025. We are sharing its exam pattern further. In this exam, the candidates are selected on the basis of their performance.

This is the paper pattern

In this exam, questions mainly come from three sections. Mental Ability Test, Arithmetic and Language Test. There are a total of 40 questions in the Mental Ability Test which are of 50 marks. 60 minutes i.e. 1 hour is given to solve it.

After this, a total of 20-20 questions are asked in the arithmetic and language test which are of 25-25 marks. 30-30 minutes i.e. half an hour is given per section to solve both these sections. Thus, there are a total of 80 questions in JNVST which are of 100 marks and 120 minutes are given to solve them.

Exam will be held in two phases

Also know that the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test to be conducted for admission in NVS Class 6 will be conducted in two phases. The first phase will be conducted on 18 January 2025. The second phase will be conducted on 12 April 2025. The exam will start at 11.30 am on both days.

Through this exam, the right candidates will be selected for 653 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas spread across 27 states and 8 union territories across the country. Children studying in class 5th can apply for this exam.
