The boy was brutally beaten in a petty dispute like plucking a plant. The 12-year-old girl's father has filed a complaint against 5 people at the local police station, but no one has been arrested so far. The houses of both the victim and the accused are said to be opposite each other. The accused of beating the child is said to be absconding. No one has been arrested in this case yet. Local media reported that the child's life was saved when the mother arrived, where the boy's leg was chained. A few people are also seen there. In the video, the boy is seen brutally assaulting a man with a chain. Two days ago, a 12-year-old boy was accused of plucking a plant that a woman from the neighborhood took with him. The woman, along with her son, allegedly first chained the boy's legs and locked them. His hands were then tied and he was severely beaten. About three hours later, when the child's mother came looking for him, he created a ruckus and rallied people to save the child's life.
