Independence Brewing Company is set to kick off its annual Oktoberfest with a hop twist, offering a week of craft beer, delicious food, and cultural festivities from September 21 to October 6 at its Mumbai and Pune outlets.

This Oktoberfest, beer enthusiasts can dive into the newly launched Munich Mischief (Märzen Lager)—a deep amber lager with smooth, toasty malt flavours, floral and spicy notes, and a creamy mouthfeel with a crisp finish, perfect for the festive season. Returning to delight are the classics: Lover Boy (Irish Cream Stout), with velvety notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, and roasted grain, and Bester (Amber Lager), offering rich layers of caramelised malt, aromatic hops, and hints of cocoa and vanilla for a perfectly balanced sip.

For those who love bold flavours, Big Bang (Belgian Tripel) delivers a spicy, fruity punch, while Hoppy High (Juicy IPA) serves up refreshing notes of orange, mango, and guava. On the lighter side, Uno (Belgian Wheat Cream Ale) delights with its citrusy zing, and Enzo (Strong Lager) brings a crisp, clean finish with fruity and floral undertones, rounding out the beer selection.

The celebration also features a curated menu inspired by traditional Bavarian dishes like Kartoffelsalat (German potato salad with crispy bacon) and Bratwurst, alongside creative twists like Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza and 24-hour Beer-Brined BBQ Chicken Wings. The lively atmosphere will include live music, interactive games, and plenty of photo-worthy moments.
