Cucumber juice

Due to low carbs, you do not suffer from sudden blood sugar spikes and crashes. Apart from this, it has high water content, which keeps your body hydrated and blood sugar also remains under control. Blend the cucumber and extract its juice. If you want, you can also add lemon juice and a pinch of salt to it.

Spinach juice
Consumption of spinach is considered very good for diabetics, as it is high in fiber, while low in carbohydrates. You can not only eat it as a salad and vegetable, but can also drink its juice. Spinach contains many compounds that improve insulin sensitivity, which helps in controlling blood sugar levels. To make spinach juice, wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, blend them and then extract the juice. If you want, you can also add some lemon juice to it. Green apple juice
