Tata Nexon EV Red Dark Edition: Tata Motors has launched the Nexon EV with a larger 45 kWh battery. The starting ex-showroom price of this model is Rs 13.99 lakh. The Tata Nexon Red Dark Edition will also get the benefit of a larger battery pack. The Red Dark Edition of Nexon EV, which is among Tata's best-selling electric cars, is Rs 20,000 more expensive than the standard model. You will get this edition only in the Empowered Plus trim.
Tata Nexon EV The 45 kWh battery pack option will be available in Creative, Fearless, Empowered and Empowered Plus trim options. Tata Motors claims that with this battery pack, the Nexon EV will run 489 km on a single full charge.
The electric SUV will have features like panoramic sunroof, V2L and V2Vn charging technology. Through this charging technology feature, you can charge other electric appliances and electric cars from Nexon EV. The company also claims that Nexon EV can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in 40 minutes with a 60 kW fast charger.

Tata Nexon EV Red Dark Edition has a carbon black exterior shade. This thing differentiates it from other electric cars. It also has a piano black dark chrome 2D Tata logo. Apart from this, features like piano black lower grille, special dark mascot and charcoal roof rule will be available. The SUV has piano jet black 16-inch alloy wheels, which come with black tint lacquer.
The black theme with red elements is also in the cabin. This electric car will get an all-black theme cabin, while the dashboard is in satin midnight black finish. The ex-showroom price of Tata Nexon EV Red Dark Edition is Rs 17.19 lakh.
The 45 kWh battery pack will be available only from the entry-level Creative trim, making it Rs 60,000 cheaper than the 40.5 kWh variant starting from the second base Fearless trim. The ex-showroom price of the Nexon EV 45 kWh battery pack ranges from Rs 13.99 lakh to Rs 16.99 lakh.
