There is no need to panic in such a situation. Biometric verification is used in many phones nowadays, which you can also try. Unlocking the phone can be a bit difficult, but you can take the help of Google Find My Device to open it. If you do not use biometric verification like fingerprint or facial recognition, then password etc. can be used. When smart fone If you forget your password etc. then follow this method.

Use Google Find My Device

You can take the help of Google Find My Device to open your locked phone-

Link to Google Account: If you have linked your phone to your Google account, you can unlock your phone using Google Find My Device.

Log in from a computer or another phone: From another computer or phone, go to the Google Find My Device website and log in with your Google account.

Reset the phone: You will see a list of all your devices. Select the phone you want to unlock and click on the 'Factory Reset Data' option. Reset the phone by clicking on Reset.

New Password: Here you can set a new password for the phone.

In this way, all the data including the password gets deleted. So if you want to adopt this method, then make sure that you take a backup of the phone's data beforehand. Otherwise, all the data will get deleted. So, make taking backup a habit.

Smartphone company's Find My Device feature

Most smartphone companies have their own Find My Device feature. Such as Samsung's SmartThings Find etc. When you enter more passwords than the limit, your Forgot Password option may appear.

After clicking on this option, you will have to login. The phone should already have a backup and should already be logged in to the smartphone company's service. But there is a risk of data loss in this too.

If you have not backed up your phone's data, your data may get deleted. Therefore, keep backing up your data regularly. There is a risk of data getting deleted while unlocking the smartphone. But if you do not want to lose data, then you can take the help of an authorized service center.
