Sunny Deol's film 'Border' is one of his most liked films. Fans are very excited since the announcement of its sequel 'Border 2'. There was a news yesterday that 'Border' film producer Bharat Shah has talked about sending a legal notice to JP Dutta. However, now 'Border 2' producer Nidhi Dutta has reacted to this.

'Border 2' producer Nidhi Dutta has issued a statement on the allegations made against her father JP Dutta regarding the film. According to reports, Bharat Shah had financed Border, but later there was a rift between the two and Bharat Shah has issued a notice against JP Dutta for not sharing the film's profit equally. However, now Nidhi Dutta has opposed this matter by sharing a post on behalf of JP Films.

Nidhi Dutta issued a statement on behalf of JP Dutta and JP Films through a press release on X. In this, she has denied the allegations of financial misconduct leveled by Bharat Shah against JP Dutta regarding 'Border'. JP Films has described the allegations as false, baseless and made with the intention of creating public sensation.

The press release states, “The public notice issued by Little & Co. (Advocates and Solicitors) on behalf of their clients Bharat Shah and Bina Bharat Shah in the film trade journals, making allegations against JP Dutta regarding the accounts of the film Border, are false and baseless and are being made to gain public attention.”

This statement has now escalated the dispute between the two parties as JP Films has called Bharat Shah's allegations a ploy to create sensationalism.

Bharat Shah had made these allegations in the notice

This notice from Shah was published in a magazine called Complete Cinema. This notice was issued quoting Advocate Ajay Khatlawala, partner of Little & Company. It was said in the notice that an agreement was made between JP Dutta and Bharat Shah on 21 November 1994, in which it was decided that the profit earned from 'Border' would be divided equally. Bharat Shah says that JP Dutta did not give him even a single rupee from the profit after the success of the first film. Apart from this, he did not even tell him about the earnings of the film.
