Required Materials

  • 60 percent garlic,
  • 40 percent ginger,
  • 1 tablespoon oil,
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar,
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

To make Ginger Garlic Paste, first of all, put garlic, ginger, oil, white vinegar and salt in the mixer and prepare a paste. While doing this, take special care that water is not added to it at all. Also, run the mixer on pulse. Now you can fill the prepared Ginger Garlic Paste in any glass air tight container and store it in the fridge. The specialty of this paste is that you can use this paste for many weeks.
