Manoj Jarange withdrew his hunger strike after 9 days, will now challenge in the assembly elections

Marathi leader Manoj Jarange, who was agitating for Marathi reservation, has withdrawn his fast after nine days on Wednesday. After withdrawing the fast, he has indicated to contest the assembly elections. On this occasion, Manoj Jarange said that if their demand for reservation is not met, then they will take reservation by sitting in power.

He said that if reservation is not given, we will come to power and take reservation. Fasting cannot be done with saline. If demands are not met, do not blame me, we will fight and get our rights. Jarange Patil broke his fast by drinking water on Wednesday.

He said that Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has been given some more days for reservation. Do not use political language until the code of conduct is implemented.

If reservation is not given then we will take it from those in power

Manoj Jarange has also said that I will not let anything happen. If you do not give reservation, they will take reservation while sitting in power.

He said that the Maratha farmer works in the sun and soil and waits for his son to come to work. Jarange Patil has said that Marathas of every party are waiting. Do not be disappointed if the demands are not met till the code of conduct is in force. We will fight and get our demands fulfilled.

Jarange promised, said- I will meet you in the interval

Jarange Patil has also said that do not come to meet me in the hospital, I will meet you again later in Antarvali. Let us tell you that Jarange had earlier also hinted at contesting the Maharashtra Assembly elections. Now since the elections are coming closer, the Marathi leader has also started preparing for the elections.

He asked the question that if the Maratha community demands reservation, how will you consider them casteist? He regretted that there is no one to provide good education to his caste. Marathas also have an equal responsibility to ensure that casteism does not increase.

He warned that if Fadnavis thinks that the potholes will be filled, then the potholes will not be filled. He said that The Marathas of Vidarbha, Western Maharashtra and Marathwada are the same. He appealed to Fadnavis to accept all the demands of the Marathas.
