The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2024 has started. This function will run from 27th September to 29th September. At the awards function, Shahid said that he is scared of working in South films. Although he wants to be a part of it. Shahid, who started his career with the 2003 romantic comedy film 'Ishq Vishk', told why he is afraid of working in South Indian language films. Shahid Kapoor said at the event, “I want to work in all languages, but what if people don't understand what I say? There is always this fear.”

Why is there fear in working in South films?

At the event, Shahid said, “For me, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada are all the same because I don't know any of these languages. In such a situation, if any producer can trust me, then I would like to work in South films.” Shahid told that he would be more happy to work after learning the language of South. Apart from Shahid Kapoor, Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi also made many revelations in the program.

In the program, Javed Akhtar told who is today's 'Angry Young Man' of the industry. He said, “There are many great actors. Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Vicky Kaushal, but the biggest star among them is Shahrukh Khan. At the same time, Shabana Azmi also revealed her favorite star in the program.
