Sanjay Tiwari has sent a notice to the makers of 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Video' in this matter. Sanjay has claimed in the notice that the story of this film matches his story. In the notice, Sanjay claimed that the story of 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' matches the story of his film. He claimed that the story of his film has been written by Gulbano Khan, which was registered with the Film Writers Association in 2015 with the temporary title 'Sex Hai To Life Hai'.
