This recipe is made with a mixture of cheese and spices. In this article we will tell you how you can make Tikka Paneer something special.

Paneer – 250 grams (cut into cubes)

Thick curd – half cup

Turmeric – half teaspoon

Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Garam flour – 2 tbsp (roasted)

salt to taste

Oil (for brushing) First of all, add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, flour and salt in a big bowl and mix well.

Add the paneer pieces to this spice mixture and stir gently until the paneer is well covered with the spices. Let this mixture ferment for at least 1 hour.

Place the magnetic paneer cubes in a square place and spread a little oil on them. Then cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven or oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Keep applying oil from time to time to prevent the cheese from drying out.

Serve prepared paneer tikka with green chutney and onion. If you want, you can also serve rice with it.
