– First of all, put some ghee in a pan and fry the makhanas till they turn golden brown. Once done, take them out in a plate and grate them well. – Now fry semolina with ghee in the same pan. After frying well, add flour to it and mix well. Add ground makhana, dry coconut, cashew nuts and almonds to the semolina mixture. Now, add sugar and mix well. Grease your palms with ghee and then shape this mixture into small laddus. Let them set for a while before consuming. Panjiri laddus are ready!
