The Karnataka Food Safety and Quality Department has issued a warning regarding carcinogenic elements in cakes prepared by bakeries. According to their report, tests conducted on cakes from several bakeries in Bangalore revealed that 12 different types of cakes contain carcinogenic elements. Red velvet and black forest cakes are especially dangerous.

The more beautiful and tasty it is, the more poisonous it is

Artificial colours are used to make cakes look attractive. Allura Red, Sunset Yellow FCF chemicals were found in cake samples. Many types of carcinogenic colours were found in cake samples. According to the report, these chemicals not only increase the risk of cancer... but can also cause other health problems. This shocking revelation has raised concerns among cake lovers.
