  • Tuvar Dal,
  • Bengal gram lentil,
  • Moong,
  • urad dal,
  • poha,
  • Curd,
  • carrots,
  • milky,
  • Coriander,
  • boiled corn,
  • Garlic,
  • ginger-chilli paste,
  • oil, salt,
  • Asafoetida,
  • Turmeric,
  • Sugar,
  • ino,
  • Coriander,
  • sweet neem,
  • rye,
  • mole

do it like this

  • – First of all, wash all the pulses thoroughly and soak them for 4 to 5 hours. – Then finely chop the vegetables of your choice.
  • – Now put the soaked dal in the mixer jar and add green chilli, ginger-garlic and green coriander and grind it.
  • Now prepare a thick paste by adding a little water to it and take it out in a bowl and add grated vegetables and green coriander to it and mix.
  • – Now add curd, salt and baking powder to it and mix it to make a batter.
  • – Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, sweet neem and cover and cook on low flame. – Now cut the Handwa into pieces with a knife and serve with green chutney.
