Before the assembly elections, PM Modi will give a big gift to Maharashtra today (Saturday). PM will be on a one-day visit to Maharashtra today. In this tour of Maharashtra from Washim to Mumbai and Thane, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of projects worth about Rs 56 thousand 100 crores. Will launch projects worth Rs 23 thousand 300 crore for the progress of agriculture and animal husbandry sector in Washim and Rs 32 thousand 800 crore for increasing urban mobility in Thane. PM will also release the 18th installment of PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi of Rs 20 thousand crore in the accounts of about 9.4 crore farmers.
Prime Minister Modi will launch several projects worth about Rs 23 thousand 300 crore related to agriculture and animal husbandry sector in Washim. He will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various development projects worth more than Rs 32 thousand 800 crore in Thane at around 4 pm. These include the inauguration of the section of Mumbai Metro Line 3 Phase 1 from Aarey JVLR to BKC. Will lay the foundation stone of Thane Integral Ring Metro Rail project costing about Rs 12 thousand 200 crore.

The 18th installment of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi will be released. Apart from this, the Prime Minister will also release the 5th installment of 'Shetkari Mahasamman Nidhi Yojana'. Under this, approximately Rs 2 thousand crores will be distributed. Under the Agricultural Infrastructure Fund, more than 7 thousand 500 projects worth about Rs 1 thousand 920 crore will be dedicated.
PM Modi will also dedicate to the nation 9 thousand 200 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) with a combined turnover of about Rs 1 thousand 300 crore. PM Modi will also inaugurate the Banjara Heritage Museum, a symbol of the rich heritage of the Banjara community. Its total length is 29 kilometers with 20 elevated and two underground stations. Will also lay the foundation stone of elevated Eastern Freeway Extension from Chheda Nagar to Anand Nagar, Thane at a cost of approximately Rs 3 thousand 310 crore. This project will provide connectivity from South Mumbai to Thane.
The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of Phase-1 of the Navi Mumbai Airport Impact Notified Area (Naina) project costing about Rs 2,550 crore. This includes construction of major arterial roads, bridges, flyovers, underpasses and integrated utility infrastructure. PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone of Thane Municipal Corporation to be built at a cost of about Rs 700 crore.
