To make people understand, he said that it takes 5 to 6 oranges to extract one glass of juice, when we eat oranges, only 2 or 3 oranges fill our stomach. Because when we eat orange, along with the juice, fiber also goes into the body. In such a situation, when you consume 1 glass of fruit juice at a time, the sugar in the body suddenly increases, due to which the blood sugar level can also deteriorate.
The doctor said that many patients come to him who say that when they drink fruit juice, they do not use any kind of sugar to enhance the taste, so can fruit juice still cause harm? In response, the doctor said that fruits have their own natural sugar, so when you juice the fruit, the fiber gets separated and all the sugar remains in the juice. Consumption of such juice can prove harmful not only for diabetic patients but also for healthy people.
