Indian actress Sanjeeda Sheikh is celebrated as one of the best talents of her generation. Her performance in Heera Mandi: The Diamond Bazaar recently garnered significant praise.

While enjoying professional achievements, Sanjeeda faced difficulties in her personal life, particularly her marriage to fellow actor Aamir Ali, with whom she has a daughter named Aaira.

Once viewed as the cutest couple in the television scene, Sanjeeda and Aamir were especially recognized for their compelling chemistry in the popular show Kya Dil Mein Hai.

The couple got married in 2012 after dating for several years. They welcomed Aaira via surrogacy in 2019 but separated in 2020, culminating in divorce in 2021.

Following their divorce, various reports emerged about the reasons for their split.

Sources revealed that their families and friends attempted reconciliation, but Sanjeeda was determined to pursue a solo Bollywood career.

Sanjeeda encountered difficulties to her looks, and allegations of an affair with actor Harshvardhan Rane surfaced, stemming from their work on the film Taish.

In January 2021, Aamir posted enigmatic photos on Instagram with an unidentified girl, leading to speculation. He clarified that these were simply from a music video shoot.

In an interview, Aamir described the divorce as a challenging time, highlighting his resilience. He expressed well wishes for Sanjeeda and held no grudges against her.

When discussing his bond with Aaira, Aamir mentioned how men are often blamed in divorce situations. He hoped Sanjeeda was providing their daughter with a fulfilling life.

Sanjeeda, who plays Wahida in Heera Mandi, recently shared photos with Aaira in 2024, expressing her gratitude and happiness in her role as a mother.
