To make this delicious dish, first of all you need 250 grams of good quality cheese. Apart from this, you will need 1 cup tomato puree, 2 tablespoons cashew paste, half teaspoon garlic paste, 3 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. Honey, 1 teaspoon Kasoori Fenugreek powder. 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp ghee and salt as required. By mixing all these things you can prepare delicious Paneer Butter Masala.

To make this delicious dish, first take a pan and heat it on gas.
After this add ghee in it and heat it. ,
Then add ginger and garlic paste and fry these ingredients for half a minute.
Then add tomato puree to it. Mix well and then add cashew paste, red chili powder and salt.
Mix all these things and cook for 2 minutes.
Now your gravy will be ready, in which you add honey, Kasuri fenugreek powder, butter and mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add chopped cheese.
Stir all these ingredients slowly with a spoon and coat the cheese slices well in the gravy.
Then let it cook well for some time.
Finally add fresh cream and chaat masala to this dish
After this cook it for about 2-3 minutes.
