It is very easy to make cardamom choti barfi at home. – First of all, put ghee in the pan and wait until it gets hot. Now add half a glass of porridge in ghee and cook. Remember to wait until the oatmeal turns brown.

When the porridge turns brown, add some milk and some cardamom in the pan. Now you have to cook both the things till they mix. If you cannot stand near the gas for a long time, then you can put porridge with milk on the gas and turn on a whistle.

When the barfi paste starts sticking slightly to the pan, the barfi is ready. Now add sugar and finely chopped dry fruits. Then place this pasta on a side plate. Keep the thickness of the barfi as per your wish. Your barfi will become hard within a few hours. Cut it into equal sized pieces and always enjoy with powdered sugar. Otherwise, the texture and taste of the barfi may get affected. To make barfi tasty, you can decorate it with rose petals. It also makes the taste completely different and better. Also, do not make the barfi too thin. This breaks the barfi.
