After making certain preparations and determining that Hamas intended to fire on State of Israel territory, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) successfully prevented what they claimed to be an urgent danger presented by terrorists from Hamas in Gaza.

Furthermore, fighter planes from the Israel Air Force recently targeted Hamas’s subterranean routes and launching sites throughout the Gaza Strip.

Artillery fire was also used throughout the night, while the Air Force bombed sites in the heart of the Gaza Strip that threatened the IDF soldiers stationed there.
