1 spinach, 6-7 cloves garlic, 2-3 chillies, onion, tomato puree, half cup gram flour, salt as per taste, 2 teaspoons ghee, 1 teaspoon dried coriander, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder. , 1 teaspoon garam masala.

– First of all wash the spinach and cut it into small pieces. Now place the pan on gas and add 2 tablespoons oil. Grate the garlic and chilli and add it to the oil. When it turns light golden brown, add finely chopped onion to it. – Now add chopped spinach. Now cover it with a lid and keep it for some time. When spinach is cooked well, add tomato puree to it.

Now prepare the solution by mixing 4 tablespoons of gram flour in half a glass of water. – Now mix this solution in vegetables. Now add 2 tablespoons ghee and salt as per taste.

Now add 1 teaspoon red chilli, 1 teaspoon dried coriander and 1 teaspoon garam masala. Now cook it well for some time. If it becomes thick then turn off the gas. Your Sindhi style palak sabzi is ready.
