Jaipur, 8 October (Hindustan Reporter). The special court for NIA cases has issued arrest warrant for terrorist Satwinder Singh alias Goldie Brar, wanted in the Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi murder case. The court gave this order while accepting the application filed by NIA.

It was said in the application that in December 2023, Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was shot dead by two gunmen in Shyamnagar police station area. The investigation of which was later handed over to NIA. Investigation revealed that Goldie Brar and Rohit Godara and others were involved in the conspiracy of the murder. Apart from this, Goldie Brar has also admitted in an interview given to a person named Anand Tiwari through social media that his gang had murdered Gogamedi due to a property dispute. Goldie Brar is a designated terrorist. NIA sent notices to his residence in Punjab several times, but he did not join the investigation. In such a situation, his non-bailable warrant should be issued.

Hearing which, the court has issued arrest warrant for the accused Goldie Brar. It is noteworthy that in December 2023, Rohit Rathod and Nitin had entered the house and shot dead Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. In the case, the police had arrested the accused shooters including Udham Singh, Bhavani, Rahul, Ramveer and Pooja Saini. While Rohit Godara, Virendra Charan, Mahendra Meghwal and Goldie Brar are absconding.
