Basil+Ginger Tea

Tulsi helps protect the body from infections and diseases and also reduces blood sugar levels. Ginger helps in detoxifying the body. Its anti-inflammatory properties improve bone health.

Make tea like this:

First of all, peel and cut the ginger and wash the basil leaves. Then pour water in a pan and let it boil. Now add ginger and basil leaves in it. Add tea leaves and let it boil until the water reduces slightly. If you want, you can also add milk and sugar as per your taste. Filter the tea and serve.

jaggery tea

Jaggery contains iron, minerals and many essential nutrients. Jaggery helps to dilate the blood vessels, which improves blood circulation. This reduces the risk of heart disease.

How to make tea?

To make this recipe, use a mortar and pestle and crush the cardamom, black pepper and fennel seeds. Now take a pan and boil milk in it. Add some grated ginger, tea leaves and prepared spice mixture.
