Components of the Egg Marinade:
Six big eggs
tsp powdered turmeric
one-tsp red chili powder
Add salt to taste.
Two teaspoons of oil (for egg frying)
Regarding Korma Gravy:
Two teaspoons of ghee or oil
One bay leaf
1-2 pods of green cardamom
One or two cloves
One-inch cinnamon stick
One big onion, diced finely
Ginger-garlic paste, two tsp
two medium tomatoes, whisked, pureed, cup yogurt
One tsp powdered coriander
tsp cumin powder
tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder, or more according to taste
Add salt to taste.

Guidelines
Step 1: Let the Eggs Boil

Put the eggs into a saucepan and heat it until it begins to boil.
After they come to a boil, sauté them for ten to twelve minutes.
Take off the heat source, pour out the heated water, and submerge the eggs into cool water to cease cooking. After peeling, lay the eggs aside.
Step 2: Let the eggs marinate and fry.

Combine the salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder in a bowl.
Use this marinade to coat the boiled eggs.
In a pan over medium heat, warm the oil. The marinated eggs should be fried till golden brown all around. Take out and put aside.
