This was the time to take revenge for the 10 years old insult.

The owner of Ford Motor had insulted

Now you must be wondering who insulted Ratan Tata. In 1999, Ford Motor chief Bill Ford had insulted Ratan Tata. This was the period when Tata Motors was going through a crisis. Ratan Tata wanted to sell its passenger car unit business.

For this, Ratan Tata met Bill Ford, but Ford gave an answer which was unbearable. Bill Ford told Ratan Tata that if he did not know anything about the car then why did he start making it.

The owner of Ford said that Ford is going to do a big 'favor' by buying Tata's car business. At that time Ratan Tata suffered a severe insult. He was patient and waited for the right time.

'Jaguar' the pride of India

Ratan Tata said goodbye, but he learned that revenge for an insult is not taken by insulting but by remaining calm. By waiting for the right time, one proves oneself right through one's work. The sinking Jaguar Land Rover brand of 2008 is today the pride of not only Tata but India. This reflects India's emerging strength as a luxury car brand across the world.
