Falahari Cheela: Try this dish

Fruity Cheela: Today we have brought for you the recipe of Falahari Cheela. You can enjoy it with fried curd or fruit chutney. This dish will definitely win your heart. Anyway, you keep eating cheela of different things on normal days, this time try fruit cheela during the fast.
Ingredients

3 medium sized raw potatoes

2 green chillies chopped

2 coriander leaves chopped

rock salt as per taste

¼ tsp black pepper powder

1 tablespoon desi ghee

1 inch ginger

Method Recipe

– First of all, peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly.

– After this grate it finely.

– Add rock salt, black pepper, green chilli, ginger and green coriander to the grated potatoes and mix well.

– Apply some ghee on a non-stick pan and grease it.

– Take some mixture and make cheela on the pan.

– Bake from all sides, also pour some ghee on the cheela.

– When it becomes light brown, turn it with a ladle and cook.

-Serve hot cheela with tomato or green coriander chutney.
