Visit the official UIDAI website: Visit uidai.gov.in.

Select language: Select your preferred language for easy navigation.

Go to ‘My Aadhaar’: Click on the ‘My Aadhaar’ section on the homepage.

Access authentication history: Look for the ‘Aadhaar authentication history’ option and click on it.

Enter your Aadhaar number: Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and complete the captcha.

OTP verification: Click on the OTP verification option; an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Enter OTP: Enter the received OTP to proceed.

Select date for history: Fill in the date range for which you want to check usage history.

View and download history: You will be able to view the history for the selected date and download the details for your records.
