‘Sampada-2.0’ milestone of digital revolution in online document registration: CM Mohan Yadav

Sampada-2.0 portal and mobile app developed on the new system of e-registry and e-registration has been launched in Madhya Pradesh. During this, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the Digital India Mission started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is now fulfilling every need of the common people like Kalpavriksha. Innovations like zero balance account, online transactions and e-registry have made everyone's life simple and easy. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in this connection, the innovation of Sampada-2.0 based on new technology in Madhya Pradesh will become a milestone of digital revolution in online document registration.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Central Government has assigned two new important tasks to Madhya Pradesh. In this, the GIS work of 120 cities will be completed by the IT Department through the Department of Science and Technology. Besides, we are going to establish GIS labs in all the districts of the state. The state will benefit from this. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is making a lot of progress in the field of IT. With innovation in IT, Madhya Pradesh government will take steps towards paperless system.

Software based on advanced technology

Describing the features of “Sampada-2.0”, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that “Sampada-2.0” is a software based on advanced technology. In this, along with Revenue Finance Department and Urban Administration, GST and Unique ID Aadhaar have also been integrated. The collector guideline rate of the land can be known through the location in the app. The software will allow GIC mapping of property, biometric identification and formatting of documents. Personal presence will not be required for registration of documents. Document verification and registration can be done sitting at home. The soft copy of the document will be received by the applicant through WhatsApp and email.

Under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, the state is continuously innovating. In this direction, the new system of Sampada-2.0 is being implemented in the state as per the wish of Prime Minister Shri Modi, keeping in mind the ease of living. This will make the registration system easy, simple and corruption-free. Citizens will get the benefit of the new system of e-registration and e-stamping. People will also be able to sell and register their property sitting at home. With this system, online registries can be done not only in the state but also from outside the state and the country. This will save the common man's time and also provide relief from unnecessary charges.

Communicated with those doing e-registration

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav launched the new software of e-registration and e-stamping “Sampada-2.0” and also interacted virtually with the citizens who are taking its benefits. Shri Surendra Singh Chakrawat from Hong Kong told Chief Minister Dr. Yadav that through “Sampada-2.0” he has got the “Power of Attorney” document registered in Ratlam from Hong Kong itself. Similarly, 78 year old Dr. Shakti Malik, born in Jabalpur and currently residing in Delhi, also got the “Power of Attorney” document registered online through “Sampada-2.0”. In conversation with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Dr. Malik told that M.P. He is very happy with this new arrangement made in. He said that the work which I had to do by going to Ratlam, was done sitting in Delhi.

What did not happen in Spain, happened in MP – Matias

In a virtual conversation with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Mariano Matias of Spain said that till date the work of e-registry has not started in Spain either. He thanked Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and said that the work which was not done in Spain, has been done in Madhya Pradesh by the team under his leadership. Online registration of work contract of Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation was done by the corporation officials from “Sampada-2.0” and the company of Mariono Matias Alvarez Arce from Spain present in Delhi, Ayesa Ingeniera Y Arquitecura SAU and Mr. Pushpendra Gupta (Ayesa India Pvt Ltd). .

Pioneer in digital process of registry registration

Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Deora said that Madhya Pradesh is the leading state in the digital process of registry registration in the country. Under the direction of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, simplification and improvement of “Sampada-2.0” has taken place at a rapid pace. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to implement a transparent system of online registration of documents for the people of the state. After being successfully operated in 4 districts as a pilot project, it is being implemented in the entire state. Since its process is completely paperless, there will be no scope for mistakes. Guide line rate of any location will be available instantly from the mobile app. Deputy Chief Minister Deora congratulated and congratulated the team that created the software.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honored the officers and employees doing excellent work in the Registration Department by giving them citations. A film based on “Sampada-2.0” portal and app was screened in the programme. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was presented a picture of Lord Krishna as a souvenir on behalf of the Commercial Tax Department.
