After the nomination task, Bigg Boss asked all the housemates that among Hema and Tejinder, whom would they like to get out of jail? Everyone answered this question of Bigg Boss, but Chahat Pandey told Bigg Boss that she wants both Hema and Tejinder to come out of Bigg Boss jail. After listening to Chahat, Gunaratna Sadavarte also supported Chahat and said that he also wants both Tejinder and Hema to come out of jail.

Seeing this attitude of the housemates, Bigg Boss first sentenced Chahat and said that now both Viral Bhabhi Hema and Tejinder will come out of jail and in their place Chahat will go inside the jail. After giving the verdict for Chahat, Bigg Boss gave a special right to Karanvir Mehra, Avinash Mishra and Esha Singh who stuck to their words. Bigg Boss told him that he can take the name of one contestant, who according to him should be in the jail of Bigg Boss house along with Chahat.

Karanvir Mehra, Avinash Mishra and Chahat Pandey took the name of Gunaratna Sadavarte and said that he should go to the jail of Bigg Boss house along with Chahat. But Gunaratna Sadavarte clearly refused to go to jail. He said that governments are afraid of him and also big boss Also threatened.
