Apart from this, their work in the last 5 years of retirement will also be reviewed.

How much salary will you get

The board said that during this period of employment, every employee will be given a fixed salary, which will be decided by deducting the pension amount from their last salary. Apart from this, they will not be given any increment, DA, HRA during the entire period of employment.

How much leave will you get every month

According to the Railway Board, they can be given paid leave of 1.5 days per month during the entire period of service. However, accumulation of leave for more than one calendar year will not be allowed nor will it be carried forward if the appointment is extended. Also, no payment will be made in lieu of the remaining paid leave at the time of termination of the contract.
