Both the actors were together in FTI, they had a whole group there. Jaideep got married in the year 2009. After marriage, Jaideep stopped talking to his friends. Explaining the reason, Vijay said that Jaideep's wedding was the first wedding in our group, and we were all very excited about it. The wedding was going to take place in Rohtak, Haryana, so everyone booked tickets according to the wedding date.
Vijay told Hollywood Reporter India that when everything was finalized, Jaideep came to his friends and told them that I had got Priyadarshan sir's film. But for the film, the wedding date will have to be postponed. Jaideep postponed his wedding date by 7 days. However, due to a lack of money at that time, none of his friends were able to book tickets again. The wedding day came and no one from Jaideep's group attended his wedding. Vijay said that 7-8 months had passed since the wedding, but none of his friends talked about it.
After some time of marriage, the meetings of all the friends were reduced, and Jaideep also stopped picking up their phone. After a long time, a small party was organized in which all the friends participated. When Jaideep came there, he was staying separately from the rest of the people. After some time, when Jaideep had a little drink, he came and started crying profusely and started saying that no one came to my marriage, not even a single friend come. Along with Jaideep, the other four friends were also crying with their heads on his shoulders and were saying that we should have come.
