‘We Don’t Know If There Is A Plan’: Comedian Kunal Kamra Again Hits Out At Bhavish Aggarwal

Stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra has once again directed his criticism toward Ola and its CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, calling for a better transparency regarding customer service issues. Kamra has been outspoken about his frustrations with Ola's after-sales support, criticising the company for its failure to address persistent customer complaints and for lacking a clear plan for resolution.

On Thursday, in a social media post on X (formerly Twitter), Kamra wrote, "Ola Electric hasn’t disclosed any plan to issue refunds or put an end date to current customer complaints. We don’t even know if there is a plan…All I can do is let @bhash (Bhavish Aggarwal) know that he has to put out a public plan which doesn’t include employing me."

This isn't the first confrontation between Kamra and Aggarwal. Earlier in October, Kamra reacted to a post from Aggarwal showcasing a picture of Ola's gigafactory with a sarcastic comment. He included a photo of Ola Electric scooters that appeared to be lined up for servicing, subtly highlighting the company's backlog of repairs.

Aggarwal responded sharply, labelling Kamra a "failed stand-up comic" and implying that his criticism was merely a "paid post." He also assured customers that Ola Electric is expanding its service network and is committed to resolving all outstanding issues.

The public feud coincides with a decline in Ola Electric's stock price. On October 8, shares of Ola Electric Mobility dropped by 6 per cent following a showcase notice from the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) that accused the company of misleading advertising and unfair trade practices.

Ola has faced growing pressure to enhance its customer service and clarify its policies on refunds and complaints; however, the company has yet to make any formal announcement addressing these issues.
